I have been to Coyle Chevrolet a few times for service throughout the years but most recently when I bought my brand new vehicle the first time I went and got it service that was very dissatisfied with the communication and the customer service that the representative had who took my keys but this time that I went it was amazing the gentleman who is upfront I cannot remember his name his Caucasian around 40 years old I know it one time he worked in Madison and now he is at Coyle and he is the best thing that they have going I am always in a hurry because I'm off to work and he kept me laughing and smiling even though it was a stressful situation his ability to handle customers in every situation blew my mind I am glad to see him as a part of the Coyle team because of that I will return
We visited Coyle while looking for New (to us) SUV’s. I had narrowed things down to a few makes and models and Coyle had a 2020 Nissan Rogue with low mileage I wanted to check out. I contacted them through Cars.com and they immediately contacted me to set up an appointment to come in for a test drive. When we arrived we were greeted by Don, one of the salesmen and he figured out who we had been communicating with through email. Once he was familiar with what we had come to see a couple of minutes later he pulled the Rogue around for us to see. Because of Covid he couldn’t ride with us on the test drive (no offense to him but I actually have preferred this so that I feel free to truly express my thoughts and feelings about the vehicle to my husband while we drive) when we arrived back at the lot I unfortunately had decided that the Rogue wasn’t what I was ultimately looking for and I was able to cross it off my list. Don was very understanding and not at all pushy. He even checked their inventory for the other two models I was interested in to see if they had any on the lot I could see. They didn’t but he made a note of it and promised to let me know if any did make it into their inventory. Overall we had a nice experience at Coyle and if they had had what I wanted we wouldn’t have hesitated to buy from them.
My salesman was Ryan Weatherholt. He treated us fairly and gave us a good price. He worked with our budget and gave us the best option available. He did a great job following up and making sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend asking for him when going to purchase a vehicle.
Only mishap was I was told when making my appointment that a loaner vehicle would be available for me if the dealership had one. I arrived to my appointment at 7:30am and was told I would not be able to get a loaner since I didn't purchase my GMC from that particular dealership. Vehicle is still under factory warranty. Not a huge deal, just wish that was communicated earlier so I could have secured a ride to work. Also, I asked for my tires to be rotated, and I don't think they did that.
Instead of just taking my money for new brakes, the shop called and told me I didn’t need them and would only do it if I’d like. They even ran my car through the wash at no cost!
Came in looking for a Jeep Patriot that I found online through coyle website. When the rep brought me the car. He stated that he did not feel confident in selling me that car. It was in there cars to auction and had check engine light on and check tire pressure light on. So he took my info and said he would try to find me something else. About a week later I came across some more money. So I called Mark back and said I have a little more to go with what I had. Mark looked into it and told me to come by and we could make something work. I gave him first chance to help me since he was so honest about the first car. I am very pleased and I am confident that I will work with him again in the future. Thanks Mark.

Mark White was great and really takes cares of his customers! He is very knowledgeable about all the cars and really tries to make sure you get the perfect car for you! He helped me in buying my first “mommy car” today! He will be the person I will be going to for all future buying of cars!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark White. He did an awesome job at getting me a car and made the process as easy as it possible could have been. He worked me in on such short notice and took care of the trading in on my previous car as well. He explained all the gadgets on my malibu to me and made sure he answered all my questions before I left that day. He even called and let me know I had left a few important things in my old car and made sure I was able to get them back! I highly recommend asking for Mark White he will get you taking care of.
I just brought my 2nd car from Neal Powell I have been to a lot of car lots but this is the place I honestly can say I wouldn't go to another car lot everybody is GREAT service department finance department if you want a hassle free place stop running around looking they will do the work for you best salesman on the planet NEAL POWELL!
Previously I could not have imagined giving any car dealer a good review.But my experience here changes that outlook. When the exact year make and model of used car I was searching for showed up at Coyle Chevrolet I didn't even know where Coyle Chevrolet WAS. But the excellence of their online sales team of Alyssa and Katie made this experience a very good one. Despite the various difficulties we encountered, such as the car being missing on my first visit, then the keys going missing for two days, the warmth and kindness of Katie and Alyssa was exceeded only by their dedication to customer service. You can't judge sales people by what they do when a big sale is involved but when it's a small sale and they still go the extra mile that's dedication. So thanks to them I have the exact car I wanted!This would be a 5 star review except for one interesting detour. Throughout the sales process I was randomly interfered with by a bumble named Patrick. Who first told me the car was sold. Then that is wasn't for sale anyway. And then that the car had been sent to auction. Each of which was wrong. I assumed that this was some random incompetent hired for some sort of affirmative action for idiots program. Then I learned this guy is supposedly the internet sales manager.So Alyssa & Katie 5 Stars. Patrick 0 Stars.
